Culinary delights

Our “Experience.Nature” project has helped us to cultivate close links with the producers and farmers who supply us with special products for our local dishes.

We offer a daily choice of three different set menus, which also include an element of international cuisine.

All meals are accompanied by a wine menu that always features new wines from South Tyrol, which are becoming more and more popular with aficionados beyond the region’s borders. And of course we make sure that our range reflects the variety of wines available throughout the entire Italian peninsula.
