THE PRICES REFER TO THE PRICE PER PERSON PER DAY AND FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 4 DAYS

- From age 1 to 7 - 50 % reduction

We hope you will understand that small pets are allowed in certain-rooms (10,00.- per day)

Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, your room is available from 2 p.m. (t 14.00).
On the day of departure, we would ask you to leave your room not later than 10 a.m. (t 10.00).

Booking confirmation:
Your booking is valid after receipt of your written reservation (booking), as well as a deposit of Euro 300,00.- per appartement. The deposit can be made by bank transfer (IBAN Nr. IT81G0604558550000000072000 - SWIFT Nr. CRBZIT2B071) or credit card, by visiting this website - Menu Service.
The deposit it the handling fee, and in case of cancellation will only be refunded if our travel insurance was completed and there is a medical certificate.

In the case of a cancellation, the guest or the person who made the booking is liable for payment of the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation no later than 15 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price;
Cancellation no later than 8 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price;
If the booked rooms could not be let out to another person(s), the guest or the person who made the booking is liable to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
