Local producers and farmers in South Tyrol are increasingly diversifying and sustainability and “zero kilometre” products are much more widely available. Given our partnership with direct producers and farmers for the "Experience.Nature" project our cuisine is able to offer a careful selection of excellent fruits and vegetables, local and genuine products as well as traditional flavours of home-made pasta and bread.
We pay special attention to all our guests, including those who suffer from intolerance and therefore have special dietary needs that we always try to satisfy as best we can.
Our wine list will introduce you to many small producers and native grape varieties. The selection of distilled spirits and wines organic, biodynamic, historical spirits and wines is an ongoing and exciting search.
Wine is an ancient culture in South Tyrol that dates back to the Roman empire with a variety that has few equals grown at altitudes from between 270 m to 1,200 m above sea level. Organic and biodynamic wine cultures mean that our wine world less is having a lower impact on the environment.
The wines on our list with very authentic aromas and fragrances and fine, noble and intense bodies will envelop you and accompany you from aperitif to dessert.
