Supplement:

- Infants up to age 2 € 20,00 - per day
- From age 2 to 6 -50% - reduction
- From age 7 to 11 -30% - reduction
- From age 12 - 10% - reduction
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, your room is available from 3 p.m. (t 15.00). On the day of departure, we would ask you to leave your room not later than 10 a.m. (t 10.00).
Bookings:
To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total stay within 10 days from the booking date.

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- 30 to 20 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking price will be charged
- 20 to 10 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking price will be charged
- 10 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking price will be charged
- Within the last 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking price will be charged
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Local tax
Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
